Purpose of competition
To recognise, encourage and reward organisations that make a significant contribution to the continuous training and education of their employees.

Judging criteria
The award will be made to an organisation that can demonstrate a sustained contribution to business performance through innovative learning, training and skills development programmes.

Eligibility
The category is open to commercial organisations, educational establishments, training providers, voluntary bodies, trade unions and public agencies. The competition is not open to the category sponsors or Trinity Mirror North East publications.
