Judging criteria
The judges will be looking to identify a service company that has achieved and exceeded quantifiable business goals while delivering a market leading service to their customers. Evidence of service excellence will be a key factor.

Eligibility
The category is open to all professional organisations in the North East. The competition is not open to the category sponsors or Trinity Mirror North East publications.

All financial information will be treated in the strictest confidence and will not be disclosed to anyone other than the panel of judges and its advisors. Please provide enough relevant information to enable the assessors to form a clear picture of your achievements.
